The new system
requires one nominated individual to
enter all athletes from an institution in an online form. The form is then ‘validated’ automatically
and, assuming this is successful, a summary of your entry in produced. Importantly this summary still needs to be
printed off as a signature from the Universities Sports President is required
and it must be sent via post with a cheque.
The ‘validation’ procedure will check that MPAGB membership and
appropriate ride/fence certificates are present where required, as well as a
number of other basic checks so PLEASE ENTER EARLY TO ALLOW TIME TO ADDRESS
ANY MEMBERSHIP or CERTIFICATE ISSUES THERE MAY BE WITH YOUR ATHLETES.
